Francesca joined Haefele Flanagan in 2020. As a senior accountant, she handles audit, 401K audit, and tax preparation for our clients. Her interests include baking and spending time with family, friends, and her fiancé.

What’s your favorite part of your job? 

The diversity of our client base, specifically learning the history of their success and the ins and outs of their industry. Also, the people I work with – everyone at Haefele cares so much for each other and we practice the same values with each other and our clients.

A marine biologist
