Stephen B. Ratner
Stephen has more than 40 years of experience as a practicing CPA. He joined Haefele Flanagan in 2017 when his company, Ratner & Associates, LLC, merged with the firm. Stephen has expertise in tax preparation, accounting and assurance services, business management, mergers and acquisitions, business consulting and estate planning. He is also skilled in forensic accounting and litigation support, participating in high profile cases including Mike Tyson vs. Don King Productions and Tim Witherspoon vs. Don King Productions.
Stephen served as the business manager to the international jazz artist Miles Davis and was co-executor of Davis’ estate after his passing. He was also the business manager for Miles Davis Properties, LLC from 1987-2012.
A member of the United Valley Bank Buxmont Advisory Board from 1993-1996, Stephen was also the treasurer of the Harmon Killebrew Invitational Golf Tournament from 1998-2003. He is currently teaching at the Temple University Real Estate Institute.
