Eric Lynn has spent better than 30 years growing PE backed and ESOP owned businesses. As both a former CEO and owner of an Industrial automation supplier, he has faced the growth and financial challenges inherent in all lower middle market growing companies. Following a successful exit, Mr. Lynn spent the next 15 years as an Operating Partner with the lower middle market private equity group, Alliance Holdings. Alliance Holdings’ investment strategy was to focus on lower middle market operating companies utilizing an ESOP structure to make the controlling investments. During Mr. Lynn’s tenure, Alliance Holdings equity value grew from just shy of $10MM to a value of more than $90MM. Throughout his career, Mr. Lynn has worked in a fully funded growth mode, several turnaround situations and has navigated the tricky path of growth within a capital constrained environment.

Mr. Lynn has helped more than 20 organizations improve their business development and financial performance by building strong teams and coaching their CEO’s in the development and implementation of successful business strategies. He has worked in the startup of his own organizations through companies approaching 100MM in turnover. He has participated in transactions with a combined enterprise value north of $300MM.
