Jennifer Heiss is a strategic operations leader who helps mission-driven organizations turn big ideas into practical, sustainable action. As the Founder of Jupiter’s Trajectory Consulting, she partners with nonprofit and purpose-driven teams to strengthen operations, align strategy with day-to-day execution, and build the systems needed to scale their impact.
With over 15 years of experience across health sciences, higher education, and complex organizations, Jennifer brings a grounded, collaborative approach to her work. She has led enterprise-wide transformations, implemented right-sized systems and processes, and helped leadership teams make clearer, faster decisions using data and simple, effective frameworks. Her focus is always on meeting organizations where they are and helping them move forward with clarity and confidence.
Jennifer is also deeply committed to her community. She serves on the Board of SPLASH Classroom, is active in Scouting, and is the Vice President of Band for the Hopewell Music and Theater Parents Association. She lives in Pennington, New Jersey with her husband, two teenagers, and two dogs.
