Judit Nagy-Eichelberger is a Senior Director of M&A at Haefele Flanigan. She has two decades of corporate finance experience with diverse transaction expertise, including mergers and acquisitions, financings and advisory assignments. She works with both buy- and sell-side clients across a variety of industries to develop and execute strategies throughout the entire transaction process. Over her career, she focused on advising privately-owned, often multi-generational companies in the middle market.

Prior to joining HFCO, she served as a Managing Director in Janney Montgomery Scott’s investment banking group. Prior to joining Janney, she was a Senior Vice President at Baker Tilly Capital. She also worked as an Associate at Mufson Howe Hunter & Company, a Philadelphia-based boutique investment banking firm
