The 2024 honorees, categorized by small (15-49 employees), medium (50-249 employees), and large (more than 250 employees) employers, were determined through a survey conducted by BridgeTower Media’s Best Companies Group. To qualify for consideration, organizations must meet several criteria, including having a facility in New Jersey.
This program confidentially gathers data, enabling employees to provide feedback about their employers, allowing companies to learn from and act on those insights.
The awards were presented during NJBIZ’s celebration on September 26th at the Event Center at iPlay America in Freehold. Managing Partner Jim Rogers, along with Partners Erica Peterson and Ken May, accepted the award on behalf of Haefele Flanagan.
