Haefele Flanagan named 2025 NJBIZ Best Place to Work

The annual program, managed by BridgeTower Media’s Best Companies Group, recognizes organizations based on confidential employee surveys. Employers are evaluated across categories of small (15–49 employees), medium (50–249 employees), and large (250+ employees) businesses, with all honorees meeting specific criteria, including maintaining a facility in New Jersey.

The recognition highlights the voices of our team members, whose candid feedback helps shape our culture and ensures we continue growing stronger together.

On September 25th, NJBIZ celebrated this year’s honorees at the Event Center at iPlay America in Freehold, where Leading Partner Jim Haefele proudly accepted the award on behalf of Haefele Flanagan.
