Jim Rogers Announces Retirement

After an extraordinary career spanning four decades, James (Jim) A. Rogers Jr., who has been with Haefele Flanagan since 1985 and served as Managing Partner for the past 11 years, will retire on December 31, 2025.
Jim’s leadership has been instrumental in strengthening client relationships, expanding our range of services, and advancing the firm’s long-term vision. Under his guidance, Haefele Flanagan achieved significant milestones, including:
- Completed a merger with Trilogy Partners and expanded Valuation, M&A, and IT Innovation services to build our Client Services Advisory practice
- Implementation of EOS® to drive sustainable growth
- Drove ongoing growth in firm revenue and expansion of our team
- Recognition as one of NJBIZ Best Places to Work 2024 and 2025 and Accounting Today Best Firms to Work For 2024
- Philanthropic contributions exceeding $700,000 to The Alzheimer’s Foundation
- Provided personal guidance to help several individuals establish charitable organizations addressing critical community needs
Beyond the office, Jim has served on boards for BCA Philadelphia, Building Industry Association of Philadelphia, and Holy Redeemer Health System, while actively supporting The Alzheimer’s Association, Liguori Academy and Breathing Room Foundation.
Jim looks forward to dedicating his time to family—his wife, five children, and 13 grandchildren while also engaging with charitable organizations, traveling, and contributing positively to his community.
