She brings more than 20 years of experience across industries including distribution and professional services, having served as a Chief Operating Officer, business consultant, and executive coach. Ande also has deep expertise in EOS®, having practiced its principles for over a decade.

Since joining hfco in 2021, Ande has played a key role in facilitating positive change management, establishing a culture of accountability, and helping the firm successfully run on EOS®. She brings her keen analytical sense mixed with intuition, sound judgment and humor. She strongly believes in our core values and is committed to embodying these principles.

A Philadelphia native, she enjoys cheering on the Phillies and eating soft pretzels.
