In this role, she works closely with business owners and leadership teams to understand their goals, challenges, and priorities and recommend the most appropriate services and engagement structure to address their needs.

She oversees client engagements across a range of advisory services, including Growth & Strategic Planning, Business Transition Planning, COO & CFO Advisory Services, Leadership Development, and Executive Coaching. Throughout each engagement, she helps guide communication, manage expectations, and ensure the effective coordination and delivery of work across the engagement team.

With more than 25 years of consulting and business experience, Beth brings a practical understanding of the challenges business owners face. Her background includes working across a wide range of industries, as well as launching and operating her own IT staffing firm. She has supported clients in family-owned businesses, professional services, construction, transportation, engineering, distribution, manufacturing, marketing, and creative services.

Outside of work, Beth enjoys gardening, baking, spending time with her family, and caring for her rescue poodle.
