Ande Grubb

As Chief Operating Officer (Integrator), Ande provides firmwide leadership, strategic direction, and oversight of internal processes. She brings more than 20 years of experience across industries including distribution and professional services, having served as a Chief Operating Officer, business owner, and executive coach. Ande also has deep expertise in EOS®, having practiced its principles for over a decade.

Since joining Haefele in 2021, Ande has played a key role in facilitating positive change management, establishing a culture of accountability, and helping the firm successfully run on EOS®. She brings her keen analytical sense mixed with intuition, sound judgment and humor. She strongly believes in our core values and is committed to embodying these principles.

A Philadelphia native, she enjoys cheering on the Phillies and eating soft pretzels.
