Beth Renga
As Director of Consulting Services, Beth is responsible for developing and maintaining effective client relationships and providing operational oversight of our HFConsulting offerings including, but not limited to, Executive Coaching, Leadership Team Development, Strategic Planning, Outsourced Accounting, and fractional CFO Services. Beth has experience working with a varied and diverse client profile including family-owned, professional services, creative, marketing, construction, transportation, engineering, distribution, and manufacturing. Additionally, she ensures that the delivery of services and expected engagement outcomes meet Haefele Flanagan’s high standards of excellence.
Beth has more than 20 years of experience working for public and privately held consulting firms supporting financial services, insurance, health care, telecom and professional services clients. Her business experience is complemented by her independent consulting experience and previous launch of an IT Staffing firm. As a process and data driven leader, she has developed and implemented strategies to increase revenue and improve customer satisfaction and retention. She has delivered a comprehensive new hire training program and has served as a mentor and coach to novice and tenured employees alike.
Beth’s outside interests include gardening, baking, taking care of her two rescue poodles and one Abyssinian cat, and spending time with her husband, two sons and daughter-in-law.
