Brendon R. Graff

Brendon joined Haefele Flanagan in 2026 with eight years of experience providing nonprofit advisory, consulting, outsourced CFO/Controller support, financial and grant reporting, and bookkeeping services. His work centers on nonprofits in social welfare, disease research and prevention, community enrichment and the fine arts, youth development and family support, and cultural tourism and educational services.

Outside of work, Brendon enjoys hiking, camping, listening to music, spending time with my family.

What’s your favorite part of your job? 

Working with nonprofit organizations because the charitable work they do is meaningful and mission driven and their purpose goes beyond turning a profit. It’s fulfilling to be a part of what helps keep them running smoothly and rewarding knowing that my accounting support helps them stay organized, compliant, and focused on accomplishing their mission.

As a child, what did you want to be when you grew up? 

A firefighter
