Erica L. Peterson

Since joining Haefele Flanagan in 2001, Erica has provided accounting, assurance, and tax services to a diverse range of clients. Her capabilities include audits of private for-profit and nonprofit organizations, charter schools, HUD-funded entities, single audits, and employee benefit plans. She has served clients across numerous industries, including manufacturing, construction, real estate, retail, and various service sectors.

When she isn’t working, Erica can be found exercising, hiking, traveling and hanging out with her husband and two dogs.

What’s your favorite part of your job? 

Haefele Flanagan is more than a team, we are a family. Everyone genuinely cares about each other. Also, our clients are all different. I enjoy getting to know them on a personal level and connecting with them. There is a variety of work and I learn something new every day.

As a child, what did you want to be when you grew up?

A nurse
