Erica L. Peterson

Since joining Haefele Flanagan in 2001, Erica has provided diverse public accounting services to private companies across markets including construction, engineering, professional services, and manufacturing. Her specialties include auditing and assurance, consulting, tax preparation, reviews, and mergers and acquisitions for private companies across a number of markets.

When she isn’t working, Erica can be found volunteering at her daughter’s swim meets, exercising, hiking, and hanging out with her husband, two children and three dogs.

What’s your favorite part of your job? 

Haefele Flanagan is more than a team, we are a family. Everyone genuinely cares about each other. Also, our clients are all different. I enjoy getting to know them on a personal level and connecting with them. There is a variety of work and I learn something new every day.

As a child, what did you want to be when you grew up?

A nurse
