Erica L. Peterson

Since joining Haefele Flanagan in 2001, Erica has provided diverse public accounting experience rendering accounting and assurance and tax services to clientele. Industry exposure includes private for-profit and nonprofit audits, charter school audits, HUD entity audits, single audit, wholesale distribution, manufacturing, construction contracting and services, real estate, retail, and various service industries.

When she isn’t working, Erica can be found volunteering at her daughter’s swim meets, exercising, hiking, and hanging out with her husband, two children and three dogs.

What’s your favorite part of your job? 

Haefele Flanagan is more than a team, we are a family. Everyone genuinely cares about each other. Also, our clients are all different. I enjoy getting to know them on a personal level and connecting with them. There is a variety of work and I learn something new every day.

As a child, what did you want to be when you grew up?

A nurse
