Leona joined Haefele Flanagan in 2026 with over 5 years of experience providing accounting and bookkeeping services focused on nonprofit, retail, construction and restaurants. 

Outside of work, Leona enjoys reading, crochet, and being outdoors with her family and her dog.

What’s your favorite part of your job? 

Working with an amazing team that make understanding financials less stressful for all our clients and experiencing the passion that our nonprofit clients have for their programs. Each one has a different set of goals that make working with their organizations feel personal.

As a child, what did you want to be when you grew up? 

An equestrian veterinarian
