Megan Desai

Megan joined Haefele Flanagan in 2025, bringing more than 14 years of experience in accounting and finance. Her background spans a diverse client base—including startups, privately held companies, private equity-backed firms, and global organizations—across a variety of industries. As the leader of our Client Accounting & Advisory Services (CAAS) department, Megan oversees and provides both Bookkeeping and Outsourced Controller services, with a strong commitment to supporting the financial well-being of our clients’ businesses. She is also pursuing her Master of Accounting (MAcc) at Rutgers University. Outside of work, Megan enjoys traveling, practicing yoga, attending networking events, trying new restaurants, and spending time with friends and family.
