Stephanie joined Haefele Flanagan in 2026 with over 30 years of experience in nonprofit management, operations, and accounting. Her professional work includes CFO advisory services, financial compilations, grant reporting, budgeting and forecasting, and tax services, with a focus on nonprofit organizations and small privately held businesses.

Stephanie’s areas of expertise include: accounting & financial reporting, business operations & management, process improvement and automation, internal controls and operational risk, and project management.  She helps nonprofit organizations implement accounting and financial frameworks that strengthen operational effectiveness.

Outside of work, Stephanie is a curious reader, science enthusiast, and life-long animal advocate.  When the weather is nice, she enjoys biking with her rescue dog (who wears a helmet for safety!).
