In addition to being a HFConsulting Partner, Loida is President of The Norwil Group Inc., a management and corporate development consulting company. She is a consultant, trainer, speaker, and published writer.
Loida’s specialty is to work with senior executive teams to help them develop a trust-based environment that supports their business initiatives. Her core areas of focus include Executive Coaching, Training Facilitation and Development, Consulting, and using a variety of Self Assessment Tools. Loida’s collaborative style has benefited organizations as she looks closely at their processes, best practices, how to improve efficiencies, and build customer relationships.
Loida is fluent in her native language, Spanish, and is very involved in the historic community of Cranbury, NJ where she lives with her family.
