Malina likes adventure and a good challenge. In 2019, she learned to sail and immediately signed up for the Clipper Round the World Race – training alongside amateur sailors from all walks of life to achieve her childhood dream to circumnavigate the world. She continues to work toward this goal. In 2025 Malina is racing in the 100th anniversary of the Rolex Fastnet Race – the world’s largest offshore race. Vida Rose is the name of Malina’s yacht. Sailing has taught Malina a lot about leadership, teamwork, trust, resilience, and creative problem solving. She shares this knowledge in her coaching practice and LeaderSHIP™ programs on Vida Rose and around the world.
