Nick has spent the past 3 decades as an entrepreneur starting, growing, and sometimes selling businesses for himself and his clients in a variety of industries.  He founded two successful startups that experienced rapid growth, industry impact, and lucrative exits.  Highly skilled in revenue generation and operational management, Nick started and led the growth of a financial services company and opened over 50 offices nationwide.  He successfully raised institutional venture capital, amassed over $11B in assets under administration, and sold the company to a $5B public corporation.  Since 2013, Nick has focused his energy into coaching the owners and their teams of businesses ranging from startups to large franchise companies.  Through one on one coaching and online group coaching programs, Nick is an expert in strategic planning, effectiveness training, personal development, and leadership skills.

Nick is a certified executive & business coach through Brian Tracy International and FocalPoint International.  He is the former Chairman of the FocalPoint Area Developers Council and currently serves on the board of the Monmouth-Ocean Development Council.
