Ande Grubb

As Chief Operating Officer (Integrator), Ande is responsible for providing company leadership, direction and internal process oversight. She has 20+ years of experience in industries such as distribution and professional services and has held the roles of Chief Operating Officer, Business Owner and Executive Coach.  She also has a thorough background in EOS® having practiced its principles for almost a decade.

Ande brings her keen analytical sense mixed with intuition, sound judgment, integrity and humor to Haefele Flanagan. She believes in our core values strongly and is committed to embodying these principles.

When she’s not working, Ande enjoys cheering on the Phillies and relaxing in Sea Isle City.
