Phil Kramarski

Phil joined Haefele Flanagan in 2021, bringing diverse public accounting experience from both regional and global CPA firms. As an Audit & Assurance Manager, he provided accounting, assurance, and tax services across a wide range of industries, including manufacturing, distribution, construction, logistics, technology, nonprofit, HUD, and employee benefit plans.

In August 2025, Phil transitioned into his current role as M&A Manager, where he helps clients navigate the entire deal process – from buy-side and sell-side advisory to quality of earnings, financial due diligence, valuation support, and strategic business brokering. As a CPA with a strong foundation in audit, assurance, and tax, Phil offers clients a unique advantage in the M&A space – combining deep technical expertise with keen financial insight to uncover opportunities, mitigate risks, and deliver seamless transaction execution.

Outside of work, Phil enjoys fine wine and food, traveling, and spending time with friends and family.
