Tamie Palatine

Tamie provides high level administrative support to our Partners. In addition, she leads our marketing to ensures that all stakeholders are fully aware of Haefele Flanagan’s vision and services and that our messaging consistently represents our core values and purpose.

Tamie started her career at Hallmark Cards where she found her passion and transitioned into consulting, helping entrepreneurs tackle both fundamental business and culture issues to drive revenue and deliver a superior customer experience. Later, Tamie brought her knowledge and skills to a growing retail chain, where she led both their Learning & Development and marketing initiatives. Her vast experience in business development, consulting, training, B2C & B2B marketing, and executive support gives her a unique and broad perspective of business.

Outside of the office, Tamie enjoys traveling, Peloton rides, trips to Long Beach Island, and spending time with friends and family – especially her husband, son and two daughters.
