Haefele Flanagan operations information in relation to the COVID-19 Pandemic
Our offices are currently closed and we are operating virtually. We are doing this to minimize exposure for our team, our clients, and our business partners. We will update this page with any changes as the situation progresses.
We have the technology to allow our team members to work from essentially anywhere with an internet connection. As such, we are still open and operating on a virtual level. What does this mean?
- Our team members can be reached via email.
- You can request a video conference with one of our team members.
- You can still call direct office lines to reach our team members. Please leave a message if it goes to their voicemail.
- If you dial our main number, you can press “1” for the office directory or dial an extension directly.

Sending Your Information
We highly suggest that you upload your documents to our secure online portal. If you do not currently have a portal with us, contact Bridget Fee at firstname.lastname@example.org and she can create one for you. You may still send us documents in the mail or via Fedex and UPS. We will also have a drop box setup outside our office door that will be monitored daily.
