A former president and CEO, Bill Ehrhardt brings over 35 years of diverse and comprehensive experience to his role as an Alliance Partner with HFConsulting. From start-up to Fortune 100 companies, Bill’s multi-sector, international business background includes insurance, consulting, manufacturing, research and development, environmental services, technology, and education. Ownership in these sectors included public, private, venture capital, and private equity.

Throughout his career, Bill led and achieved performance driven goals with an uncompromising focus on integrity, quality, and values. He demonstrates leadership by example through hard work and dedication to the organizational vision and mission. Team building and development are achieved by strong interaction, planning, and communications. Bill has served on many corporate and non-profit boards in social services, healthcare, technology, education, and was awarded the Patriotic Employer Award from the Department of Defense, ESGR in 2014. Bill is also an adjunct professor for the Tuchman School of Management at New Jersey Institute of Technology and has also lectured in business, management, and entrepreneurship at New York University (Brooklyn Poly) and Muhlenberg College.
