Chip Loeb has over 30 years in the finance arena, serving as CFO and finance advisor in both large and small companies in a variety of industries.  Strong analytical skills, along with his ability to rapidly build relationships, have helped him to establish effective and valuable improvements in a range of organizations.  Chip excels at establishing financial reporting mechanisms and controls, and has extensive experience in developing, negotiating and concluding financing and purchase transactions.

Prior to his taking on consulting roles, Chip was CFO for SAGE Electrochromics, a southern Minnesota developer and manufacturer of high-tech dynamic glass.   As CFO, Chip led the company through several rounds of financing, and ultimately negotiated for the acquisition of SAGE by multinational Saint-Gobain.  He led the company through the complex intricacies of executing the merger, and afterwards through the integration process.  Previously, Chip was a key member of the leadership team in the rehabilitation of Mutual Benefit Life Insurance Company, serving as VP of Planning and later as CFO.

Early in his career Chip served on the staff of a United States Congressman.  His commitment to the community is reflected in his service as treasurer of the Jewish Community Foundation of Greater Mercer and as a trustee of the Jewish Community Center of Princeton Mercer Bucks.
