A seasoned corporate leader, Coach Elix brings over 20 years of experience in C-level executive and team coaching across diverse industries, including healthcare, commercial real estate, finance, and hospitality.
He holds a Master’s degree in Marketing Communications from Emerson College in Boston, Massachusetts, and is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC), a credential awarded by the International Coach Federation (ICF)—the only globally recognized governing body of the coaching industry. The PCC is the second-highest credential granted by the ICF, requiring over 125 hours of training and more than 500 hours of coaching experience.
In addition to his PCC credential, Coach Elix is:
- Certified in Positive Psychology-Based Well-being Coaching, a joint program between the NBME and the National Board for Health & Wellness Coaching (NBHWC).
