Janika Smit is an accomplished executive with more than 25 years of experience in HR. Her expertise includes talent development, team effectiveness, project and change management, IT, and organization development. She has worked with several Fortune 500 and Fortune 100 companies, providing executive coaching and leadership development.
As the Founder and CEO of Quantum Growth, Janika has provided Executive Coaching, facilitated large Leadership Engagement and Training sessions, and helped drive employee engagement and intercultural effectiveness. Janika holds a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) credential from the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and a Change Management certification from ProSci. She seamlessly blends coaching expertise, change management understanding, and a strategic focus on leadership development to drive tangible business results.
Her passion for fostering inclusive workplaces has led her to integrate Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) principles into her leadership development and training programs. She creates environments where diversity is celebrated, equity is championed, and inclusion is a driving force.
Janika served as President for ALS New Brunswick, a provincial non-profit organization serving ALS patients in Atlantic Canada. Her service earned her the Queen Diamond Jubilee Award in 2014. She also volunteers as a Platinum facilitator for #IAmRemarkable (a Google initiative that empowers women and other underrepresented groups), to more than 800 participants in the past 4 years.
