John Baldino joins HFConsulting with 25+ years of Human Resources experience, 18 of those years in strategic roles, as an expert taking a practical, hands-on approach to people, process and profit.

In 2012, John founded Humareso, a human resource and recruiting company, to strategize with companies to develop plans that manage talent, recruit for skills gaps based on employee inventories, assess markets for growth, develop long-range succession plans, and influence a culture of enthusiastic buy-in.

John provides outsourced human resource services, including a flagship HRO plan, which helps businesses save money, increase productivity, and reduce legal risks by providing dedicated HR consulting. This consulting includes compliance, training, performance management, employee relations, workplace management, discipline and other important HR best practices (with an extensive knowledge of Employment Law).

He has served in various industries, including hospitality/restaurant, retail, distribution, non-profit, education and finance/banking.

John was voted 2012 Delaware Valley (Philadelphia Metropolitan Area) Human Resources Person of the Year. He has had articles and interviews published in HR and Business publications such as Certified, HR Matters Magazine, Recruiter.com and Accelerate, and he is a Keynote Speaker for International and U.S. conferences.

John also is the Leader of the Young Professionals Initiative for Garden State Council SHRM and is President of Tri-State HRMA, an affiliate of SHRM.
