Larry leads by example and practically balances strategy, tactics and to do’s by leveraging 30+ years of hands-on experiences. Larry knows the importance of planning, attention to detail, delivering and learning to build efficient and effective financial teams. These teams drive top line growth, cash flow and margin expansion while ensuring a solid foundation of quality and compliant reporting. Larry’s approach is to work backwards from the answer ensuring that finance is operationally focused to deliver on the strategy ranging from early stage companies.

During Larry’s career, he has been involved directly with owners that include family, first and second generation. Larry has developed finance and accounting departments, led IPO’s, due diligence for acquisitions, sales, ERP integrations, indirect tax settlements, SOX implementation, statutory compliance globally and risk management functions.

Larry began his career when he joined the Air Force out of high school.  While still serving, Larry obtained his degree in accounting and then joined Coopers & Lybrand in the entrepreneurial business services group (now part of PWC).

Larry is very involved in community and public service.  Currently, Larry is township planning board member and the founder of an all inclusive NFL Flag Football league.
