In addition to being an Alliance Partner, Dr. Marc Celentana formed Propel + Excel, LLC in Ewing, NJ, in August 2014 with the vision to provide best-in-class human capital consultative services to high potential individuals, teams, and organizations interested in optimizing performance. With over 15 years of experience providing human capital management services, Marc has assisted a diverse collection of organizations in education, banking, non-profit, and design sectors.
Marc holds an undergraduate degree in economics and doctoral degree in psychology with specialization in organizational consultation, personality assessment, and group dynamics. He has served on the faculty at Manhattan College, Princeton University, and The College of New Jersey. Marc is committed to community service, having previously served as the Vice Chair of the Mercer County Family Support Organization and as a board member with the New Jersey Psychological Association’s Committee on Legislative Affairs. Currently, he volunteers as fundraising and development chair for the Ewing (NJ) Public Education Foundation and coaches youth soccer.
