In addition to being an Alliance Partner, Dr. Marc Celentana is the founder and principal of Propel + Excel, LLC, a practice committed to helping individuals, teams, and organizations optimize performance, increase engagement, and create extraordinary workplaces.  Providing services such as executive and leadership coaching; selection, development, and high potential assessments; survey design and evaluation; diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) consultation, as well as strategic activities including transition consulting, conflict resolution, retreat facilitation, strategic planning, and organizational redesign, he serves as a trusted advisor to both for- and non- profit entities.  Marc possesses particular interest and expertise in helping ownership groups, leadership teams, and boards of directors connect, clarify, and commit to one another and the common interests of the organization, particularly during times of transition, e.g., mergers, acquisitions, and downsizing. Additionally, Marc serves as the Head of Behavioral Science at KeeperAI (www.keeperai.com), a technology start-up leveraging the power of visual imagery to improve team dynamics, create enviable work cultures, and encourage psychological safety.

For over 20 years, Marc has focused on providing a range of high-value, strengths-based solutions to non-profits, privately-held and entrepreneurial- and family- oriented businesses.  He provides high-touch personal service to align mission, vision, values, financial goals, and strategy, with every organization’s most valuable assets, i.e., people, to supercharge growth and development.

Applying a psychological lens and employing coaching best practice while adopting a highly responsive, discreet, and ethical approach to client engagement, has earned Marc trusted advisor status in a wide range of organizations and industries. Possessing expertise in workplace specific personality, problem-solving, and 360° assessments, Marc appreciates the value in providing normative information for goal-setting purposes.  In addition to completion of rigorous doctoral-level coursework in the design, interpretation, and reporting of assessments, Marc is certified to administer the Hogan Assessment Series and the Emotional Quotient Inventory 2.0 (EQ-i 2.0).

Previously, Marc served as President of ICF New Jersey Charter Chapter, a 575+ person professional organization representing the holistic needs of NJ-based coaches.  He is a NJ licensed psychologist who maintains a small but active caseload of college-age and early career professionals navigating issues related to work, relationships, anxiety, and depression.  Previously, he served as a member of the faculty at Manhattan College and Princeton University.
