Nicky has a corporate background in insurance that began at Marsh & McLennan Companies, continued at KPMG where her clients included large insurance brokers, and then at Mendes & Mount where she was Claims Monitoring Counsel with a specialty in Professional Liability for a large international insurer.  Her audit experience at Marsh and KPMG has given her significant insight into the financial and operational processes that allow entities to soar.
